Your Support Matters! Help us educate children about the wonders of Topanga State Park by donating to our school walks bus fund.

School budgets are tight, so we provide all bus transportation.
During the school year calendar school buses full of eager elementary school children escorted by teachers and accompanying parents arrive in Topanga State Park. Our walk leaders are waiting. The children are divided into smaller groups and led on fun interpretive walks along the park’s trails. To them those are exciting adventures during which they learn about the plants, the animals, the history and the ecology of the park. Their favorite stop is usually the Nature Center, where they get to explore the exhibits and play with reproductions of ancient toys that were used in the past by the Tongva and the Chumash.

Your donations will also help with paying for docent training, special events, maintaining the Nature Center, and with the native plant garden. Your gift will go towards our programs in its entirety.
